This seems to be the most frequent asked question by global buyers. The answer is: Both.

We started our business in 2016 as a factory business office. At the first beginning we only export our factory’s products. With the development of business, the product line becomes wider and wider, In 2017, we became a separate company independently. We spent much time selecting and developing qualified manufacturers.

During the past 5 years, we worked with many factories. Some high-pricing ones, some poor-responsibility ones, some often-delay-delivery ones… Because of this, we got BIG LOST during the past years and we met all kinds of problems.

Since then, our top principle was that we only work with the RIGHT factories, no matter how big are them, as long as they can produce in strict accordance with our rules and requirements. Then we evaluated some factories and choose the proper one , negotiated with them, and the best part is, we invested them. so that we could have control power on manufacturing sector.

In this way, we still have good conditions (price & quality), even better than some other manufacturers.

Where are you located? How to reach your company and factory?

Our head office is located in Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. Our factory is located in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province.
From our head office to our factory (Hangzhou – Ningbo), it costs about 1 hour on the train.

What’s the MOQ of each order?

Our products are linear bearings, linear guides and ball screw,etc. And we mainly sell to business customers (B2B).

For sea transportation, we accept LCL(Less than Container Load) and multiple products mixed load.
For some special order like trial order or supplementary order, the MOQ is negotiable according to specific conditions.

For air transportation, we don’t require full container order. The MOQ depends on different products.

Do you accept private label?

Yes, of course. We accept OEM and private labeling.

Can you accept customized products?

Sure. We have many experts in the industry and will try to develop products according to your requirement or design artworks.


Do you provide free samples?

Usually samples (or counter samples) are free, we don’t charge for it. However, we might charge courier cost or ask for customer’s courier account.

We send many samples on our account every week and month, it’s a very big cost caused by this. So now we are required to ask for customer’s courier account. If we can reach an order, the courier cost will be deducted from the amount of total amount. Hope you can understand and thanks for your understanding & support.

We know when a customer let us send samples, it means the customer has interest in the products or would like to give a chance to evaluate whether could work with. We really appreciate that and we will try to find a way to reduce the pre-order cost.

Can I request production samples before shipment?

Sure. We will send producton samples to customers and the samples are free of charge.


What’s your payment terms?

Generally we accept these two payment terms:

1) T/T Swift Transfer
For sea transportation: T/T 30% advance payment as deposit, the balance pay against B/L copy in 5 days.
For air transportation: T/T 50% advance payment as deposit, the balance pay before shipment.

2)L/C at sight

Is the beneficiary name same with your company name?

Yes, of course. You will not get confused that have to transfer to any third-party company.
We offer two options: Transfer to our domestic bank account / Transfer to our HK Bank account.

Can I pay via Paypal?

Sorry, we mainly sell goods to a business, not an individual. Usually Paypal is not acceptable by us.


How long could I get replied after send you an inquiry?

Usually within 24 hours during working days.

Usually we use Email, Telephone, Wechat and Whatsapp.
